These folks are not just workers, they are artists. Their attention to detail was outstanding, they were always friendly and upbeat and neat as a pin. In fact, they cleaned up so well everyday that you wouldn't have known a big ceiling replacement was going on! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing construction. Totally pleased!!!!!

I am absolutely thrilled with the home renovations I have had done by Distinctive Contracting. From the start they only had my wishes at heart. Great ideas and plans to make my home exactly what I had envisioned. I would highly recommend hiring Distinctive Contracting for any job needed. They have remodeled my kitchen and baths, laid slate flooring, wood flooring, tongue in groove ceilings, and done trim work on the outside of my "little old house". Great experience all the way around !!!!!

Could not be happier, Jason and his crew were professional, thorough and spotlessly clean. Our project (master bath remodel) went off without a hitch. All floors protected daily, He'll do our kitchen when we are ready.

Distinctive Contracting recently completed an extensive remodeling of our condo in The Landings in Ft. Myers. Jason, the owner, was a total pleasure to work with. From the day he came to bid the job until the day it was completed he was dependable, organized and skilled in his profession. I rarely write reviews, but Jason and his crew deserve high praise. We purchased a winter home in Cape Coral 2 years ago, and had it rented it out. However my wife and I decided to use for our own personal use. The bathroom in this house was hideous and unwelcoming. We contacted Jason to do the work, and that was the best decision we made for this home. Jason stayed in contact with us, he showed up when he promised, he had crews that were very professional, punctual and respectful. I would strongly recommend this company, for any upgrades or total guts. His price was not the cheapest, however it was worth every penny. I strongly recommend this company.

When we were looking for someone to remodel our master bathroom, we had the good fortune to discover Distinctive Contracting. They were doing the total remodel of a neighbor's condo. We found Jason to be fair, professional, and easy to work with. Three months prior to beginning the work he gave us a quote and a projected starting date. He stuck to that quote. He stuck to that starting date. Jason gave us our "homework"... picking out paint color, tile, fixtures, countertop, etc. and made suggestions on where we might find those items. Jason and his team were on top of our master bath remodeling project from start to finish. His assistants are professional, hard-working, and friendly as well, and we felt comfortable leaving this group and their subcontractors in our home to work when we were not there. We hold Distinctive Contracting in high regard, and have referred Jason to others who are now his satisfied customers.
